Class Policy

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, it will be at the instructor’s discretion as to whether or not you will be allowed to enter class. After the first 10 minutes of class, you will not be allowed to enter the classroom.

Please turn off cell phones before entering the class.

Please wear appropriate attire.

Please be courteous and quiet when classes and private sessions are in progress.

Cancellation Policy

Note: Playing the Game of Life℠ strives to give each client our fullest attention during his or her allotted time. Your respect of other client’s time is appreciated. Sessions will end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals are responsible for full fee of the session.

There is no charge for cancellations 24 hours in advance of the class or appointment.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before class/appointment will be charged in full.

Return policy

Program Packages are non-refundable

If Playing the Game of Life℠ cancels a program, you may choose one of the following:

• A full credit to be used by any member of your immediate family within 6 months.
• A full refund.
• All requests for credits, refunds or transfers must be approved by the program’s director.

There is a $35 processing fee for returned checks/returned bank drafts

Privacy Statement
